PSS is one of the leading microfinance institutions in Bangladesh, recognized by the Microfinance Regulatory Authority (MRA).

Established in 1976, PSS has been working from the very beginning to improve the quality of life of the marginalized communities in society. Our main goal is to build a poverty-free and inequality-free society.

Our Journey-

* In the initial phase, PSS's activities included:
* Raising awareness
* Organizing the poor population and establishing their rights
* Providing education, small-scale irrigation facilities, and primary healthcare
* Assisting in income-generating activities
* Preventing child marriage
* Eradicating illiteracy
* Tree plantation

With a decade of experience, we realized that microcredit is an effective tool for poverty alleviation. Based on this understanding, in 1996, PSS started full-fledged microfinance operations funded by PKSF.

Our Impact-

Currently, PSS provides regular services among poor beneficiaries. We not only offer loans but also conduct various non-financial activities aimed at the overall development of society, such as:
